How to make online payment on The Running Hub

Step 1: Choose payment method

After filling all booking information, you will be directed to Check out screen. Please choose one of the following payment methods by ticking the checkbox next to it, then click “Check out”.

Step 2: Make payment

Method 1: ATM Card

  • Tick the checkbox “ATM Card”
  • Choose the bank that issues your ATM Card.
  • Enter information including Card number and Card holder name. Then click the blue “Pay” button.

If you choose “Cancel transaction”, your booking will still be created but recorded as “Unpaid”. To make payment again, please read Step 3.

Method 2: VISA/MasterCard/JCB

  • Tick the checkbox “VISA/MasterCard/JCB”
  • Enter information including Card number, Card holder, Card expire date, CVV number. Then click the blue “Pay” button.

If you choose “Cancel transaction”, your booking will still be created but recorded as “Unpaid”. To make payment again, please read Step 3.

Method 3: ZaloPay E-Wallet

  • Tick the checkbox “ZaloPay E-Wallet”
  • Choose “Pay with ZaloPay App” or Download and install ZaloPay if you do not have it on your smartphone.

Or you can choose to scan QR Code.

If you choose “Cancel transaction”, your booking will still be created but recorded as “Unpaid”. To make payment again, please read Step 3.

Method 4: Direct bank transfer

If you choose Direct bank transfer, after clicking “Check out”, please make bank transfer as guided on screen. You can also find this information in the Booking confirmation email.

Step 3: Check your booking status

Go to Homepage https://therunninghub.net/, then to “Payment”.

Here you can check if your booking status has been changed to “Paid”. If the status is “Unpaid” and you would like to make payment again, please click one of the icons including ATM or CC (credit card) or ZaloPay. You will be re-directed to Step 2.

NOTICE: In case of unsuccessful payment, please contact The Running Hub and provide your BOOKING CODE to get support.

For all payment methods, you will receive 2 emails:

  • Booking confirmation email with booking code.
  • Payment confirmation email (when The Running Hub receives your payment).
